Terms of Service

Welcome to DASH ("Platform"), operated by Expo Code, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DASH platform, including all features, procurement tools, payment plan services, and vendor marketplace functionality.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform is available exclusively to registered companies and legal entities operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By registering, you represent that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of your company.
• Your company holds a valid Commercial Registration (CR) in Saudi Arabia.
• You are at least 18 years of age.

All accounts are subject to review and approval by Expo Code operations ("Ops") within 24 hours of registration. Access to full platform features is granted only upon approval. Expo Code reserves the right to reject or revoke accounts at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

DASH enables Event Organizers to browse a catalogue of verified vendors, request quotations, place orders, and manage their event procurement — all in one platform. DASH acts as a technology intermediary and is not a party to any vendor contracts unless explicitly stated.

Vendor pricing, availability, and terms are set independently by each vendor. DASH does not guarantee vendor performance, delivery timelines, or quality of services.

DASH offers Event Organizers the ability to apply for installment payment plans. Upon submitting an application, your company data and submitted documentation will be shared with verified Payment Partners on the Platform who may review and submit competing offers.

By using the payment plan feature, you explicitly consent to this data sharing. Payment plan terms — including credit limits, interest rates, repayment schedules, and fees — are set solely by the Payment Partner and are governed by a separate agreement between you and that Partner.

DASH does not issue credit, guarantee any offer, or act as a lender. All payment plan arrangements are between the Organizer and the Payment Partner directly.

By registering and using payment plan features, you consent to DASH sharing your company information, KYC documents, and financial data with verified Payment Partners on the Platform for the sole purpose of credit evaluation and payment plan underwriting.

DASH will not sell your data to third parties outside the Platform. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Payment Partners using the Platform agree to: maintain valid regulatory licenses required to offer credit or financing products in Saudi Arabia; submit offers in good faith; keep all Organizer data confidential; and comply with all applicable SAMA regulations and Saudi financial laws.

DASH may charge service fees to Organizers, Vendors, or Payment Partners. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation of a transaction. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or compromise the Platform.
• Circumvent DASH's processes to deal directly with other parties outside the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expo Code and DASH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to vendor non-performance, payment partner decisions, or data breaches outside our reasonable control.

Expo Code may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at its sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

DASH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
