Create your account
Go to dash-ksa-hub.lovable.app and click 'Get Started'. Fill in your company name, work email, and password. Choose your role — Event Organizer or Payment Partner. Your account will be reviewed and approved by the Expo Code team within 24 hours.

Complete your company profile
After approval, log in and go to Profile. Add your company's phone number and Commercial Registration (CR) number. This is required before you can submit a credit application or place orders.

Upload your KYC documents
Navigate to Credit Status → Apply. Upload your Commercial Registration certificate, VAT certificate, bank statements (last 3 months), and any other requested documents. The Ops team will verify these within 1–2 business days.
